We had an excellent experience with Mowell Funeral Home when my stepmother Syble Elliott passed away in 2025. Their compassionate care and attention to every detail was so appreciated at a time when we were grieving Syble’s loss. I couldn’t think of one other thing they could’ve done to make Syble's passing easier. From the first meeting with the family to picking out the casket and accessories to the Celebration of Life service, it was all done very respectfully with the highest degree of professionalism, yet very warmly. You felt more like “family” than a “customer.” They also did the funerals for my mother in 1994 and my father in 2010. We had the same excellent experiences at those times also which drew us back to them when Syble passed.
