After the unexpectedly sudden passing of a beloved family member, we had to act fast and we had to do it with zero knowledge of the area, as we were from out of state. From the initial call to the touching follow up days after the service, the Mowell Funeral Home at the Fayetteville location was professional, compassionate and incredibly accommodating in guiding us through that sad and difficult time. At one point, when I was freaking out about how to do the layout of the program, and everything wasn't working, and I was just so sad and stressed out, Gina and Isabelle were so empathetic and kind. They put up with my extended presence in the office and were determined to help me get the result the family wanted. Chris was also a gem; He very graciously worked with my frazzled and scattered self and brought order and calm. The whole process, from start to finish, went as well and as smoothly as difficult times like this can go. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you again!

I suffered a miscarriage at 20 weeks with my tiny angel. I had never been through such a devastating experience, but being in the hospital I knew I had to make arrangements for cremation. I called multiple places, but Mowell stood out to me. From the moment they came in to my room to take my little one into their care, they were incredibly caring, kind and helpful in every aspect! I just felt peace in knowing my little one was in good hands. Every single person we came in contact with had such compassion. Anthony helped with arrangements and said some of the most needed, Godly words at a very difficult time. When I was called to come pick up the ashes, all the lady's in the office were wonderful as well, offering me tissues as I cried and had genuine heart felt condolences for my loss. I highly recommend them and will forever be grateful for there service. 🙏 ❤️
